My friend told a good book "Eigo-no-Tsubo". I found that book is provided by audiobook, so I bought and listened its advise. I learned lots of tips from it. For example, that is:

  • it's important to output aloud when I got an input
  • should memorize self-introduction
  • have to study English words repeatly
  • try to understand English without translating into Japanese
  • make an effort for one thing repeatly until it's really learned

And then, I found how to play with double speed on MacOS X. These are very useful to study efficiently.
